I saw my neurosurgeon yesterday.  I will have a spinal fusion with discectomy and bone graft on July 30 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville.  I am not looking forward to it, but am really looking forward to getting on with my life!  The surgeon said I could go back to work at 6 weeks with no restrictions!!  For that, I am very grateful.  I was so afraid that I would not be able to go back to Hospice nursing.  So, please add me to your prayers on that day!
