Would U Eat This?

Now let me ask you a question....  IF you saw that it was 250 calories, 16 protein, but NO carb/sugar info, would you think that it might be good for you/us?  How many of us would know or look at the stats while standing inside Starbucks, being handed a free sample?  This happened just yesterday at the local 'bucks down the street and I just happened to look down on the counter to find their nutritional stats for this new drink.

Just goes to show that we must continue to read the labels on everything!

LOVE this game!
I didn't get in on this one in time, but would love to see this continue... and no, I would not have touched that! (Carbs/sugars)

I think we should do this weekly.  Perhaps say "tag you're it" and pass it off to someone else who has to pick an item and give stats, get opinions, then say "here's what you passed up" or "here's what you approved".

Whaty'a think?

I would have to see the list of ingredients.  I try not to eat anything with sugar in the top three ingredients, or with high fructose corn syrup.  I don't necessarly avoid natual sugars.

I saw thise smoothies advertised at my Starbucks the other day.  I thought the calories were a little high but they didn't have the carbs or sugar posted.  I asked, and no one knew, so I passed on it.  Glad I did, with that much, I might have had an unpleasant experience, huh?  Too bad though, it would be nice to get a good protein shake out every once in a while.
