Never too far out to go on Full Liquids!

Lord I have not done full liquids in so long!  I'm 20 months postop...  but my tummy started throwing some fits this week.  I was really icky feeling yesterday and even went home early from work.  So I decided, It's time to go back on full liquids for a day.  Can you believe I could not remember what on earth I should eat?  I had to ask someone!

In an attempt to heal up the tumster, I have had protein drinks, splenda sweetened applesauce, Flavor Ice (sugar free) popsicles, yogurt, and soup.  I did add some peanut butter with the soup at lunch today...  but the stir fry left from yesterday's lunch in my fridge called my name. I wanted it soooo bad...  all I could think of though was the awful cramps and pains in my stomach/abdomen yesterday.  I stayed CLEAR of Carl's stirfry!

I guess it goes to show... doesn't matter how far out you get, you can always still benefit from full liquid diet.

I was thinking of the same thing....and I FORGOT what I could have that would be considered full liquids...I had to wipe the dust off the ole bariatric manual I received during pre-op appointment at Centennial lol I'm doing a 2 day liquid "cleanse." I have decided to start weaning Nick so a dip in calories will be okay. I need to jumpstart my weight loss - these pesky 20lbs from being pregnant won't go anywhere. Wish me luck!

I know you and know that YOU WILL get that pesky 20 lbs off!  You are a very determined woman April!  It's good to see you and I hope you are doing ok.  My goodness, that little tyke is growing fast.  He'll be in college before the end of the year! LOL  Or at least, it will surely seem like such a short period, and he'll be all grown up
