I am starting a 12 week program called body for life. Most people have probably heard about it. I did my 45 minutes of weights today.

Someone gave me the Body for Life book years ago. Let me know who you like it. Once the neck is fixed and I can lift again, I might like to try it.
I did 30 minutes on the bike today.

Rode 11.6 miles today and walked 30 min. and worked light weights upper body. C'ya Bob
Did some house work, yard work and picked stuff from the garden today. I went to the grocery store as well as the Home Depot. Alot of walking around, not much buying...thank goodness!
