Walk from Obesity--Lunch Bunch T-Shirts??

Does anyone know of someone who is able to silk-screen T-Shirts??  This has been brought up before, but I have not seen anything posted about it since.

I will be checking around town for good quality t-shirts and someone to do the work......just need to come up with ideas about what the design should be....

Please post ideas here or PM me and I'll get them together, hopefully in time to have everyone vote on their favorite design. 

When we get the design decided, then I will need sizes of all who plan on walking Sept 20th.

There is a sporting goods store in Franklin Ky...Franklin Sporting Goods ...Ph # 270-526-8023...The owners name is Johnny...he is awesome...we ordered T-shirts from him when last year when my daughters softball team won TN state and advanced to World Series...I took a (non artisitc) sketch to him just so he would have an idea of what we wanted, and someone took my not so pretty pic and created a beautiful shirt, and the best part is that because we ordered several, the cost was about 7.95 each...

And if that is too great a distance for you he would probably work with you via phone and fax...

Christa was right about Franklin Sporting Goods.  Johnny is a very nice guy and I think he would be more than reasonable.  If you contact him about doing shirts mention  what it's for and that you are a friend of Randy Swindle's wife, Melissa.  They grew up together and we all used to hang out at the bar here.  I would be willing to help you with anything considering I live in Franklin and the store is only 2 blocks from my house.  Let me know if you need my help!

That would be great!!!   Do you have any ideas about the design of the shirt logo??  I haven't gotten any ideas from anyone yet, but hope to soon.  I'll keep in touch,  I'll go and add you to my friends list so we can PM about the final details when we get to that point.

Sherry, I think that is a great idea. I think that there was a Lunch Bunch team last year, but I am not sure who headed it up. Once the Team is set up on the Walk from Obesity web-site, then everyone can register and join the Lunch Bunch team. Keep me posted on what ya'll figure out. I also, will be trying to think of a design, color, etc.

Hey Bambi, glad to see you posting. This years Walk is Sat. Sept. 20th @ 10:00 at Centenial Park. You can watch this board for more information and you can also go to www.walkfromobesity.com. Hope this helps.
