Good morning, friends!  Just wanted to let you all know that I will not be attending the Lunch Bunch today.  It is a beautiful sunny morning and looks like the highs for the day are in the 90's!  It's off to the lake we go!  I love the lake, and the fact that for the first time in my life, I enjoy laying out in the sun.  I love swimming, boating, experiencing the newness of it all...  summer is here not only in the official title of the calendar, but the weather proves that it's here as well, finally.

I hope you all have a wonderful day... and enjoy this gorgeous weaether!  Take care!

At the sound of the tone, I will be wishing you a beautiful day at the lake!  Have fun Melinda!  I'll make you a promise, I'll post pictures from the Lunch Bunch, if you'll post pictures from the lake!  That way we can all see how much fun you had, and you can still see all the Losers!

I would really like to come to lunch to meet all of you but  I don't think I have the will power.  So far I haven't cheater on my pre-op plan and I don't want to do it today with surgery on Tuesday.  I look forward to meeting all of you some other time.  I hope you all have a great time at lunch and Melinda I hope you enjoy the lake with your family and don't get sunburned.

Well...  someone, not mentioning any names, SUSAN J...  prayed it would rain so as to get me back for missing lunch bunch.  All Tim had to say was, "they wasted a prayer on the rain for us...  " in other words...  a pretty big miracle could have happened if you would have prayed for something better! lol.  Yes it rained.  We only stayed 2 1/2 hrs but it was still a wonderful day.  The sun was shining down so hot, and we had our lunch out on an island.  We stopped by Walmart for some deli turkey meat and hot pepper jack cheese...  I took Tim's favorite rice chips, my Kay's Naturals Kruncheez, and a snack of which I will not share because I am afraid that if/when I choose to go purchase them, every gastric bypass patient on the board will have already bought em all up and meaning nothing for me.  So... Let's just say it was splenda sweetened and full of yummy cream.  OK that's all I got to say 'bout that. Right, Wendy? lol.
