Here is a great way to make use of the Ice Cream Scoop that you may not be using much of anymore.....

The average ice cream scoop is about 1/4 cup.  Makes it easy to dish out just the right amount...

Trina,  What a great idea.  I'm having my surgery Tuesday and right now I'm searchinig the boards for ideas that will make things easier when I come home and later down the road.  I have a melon scooper too.  I'll have to see what a scoop from that holds.  You guys are great sharing your advice.  Thanks again.
