New pics uploaded

For those who are interested, I've uploaded several pictures of the wedding/honeymoon album I just completed. Go to my profile and click on the Captured Forever album. Keep in mind, these pictures are over 40 years old --- they were wed in 1966!!! 

This is about 1/2 of the layouts in the album. Hope you enjoy looking at them as much as I did putting them together. Neither will come close to how much they LOVED the album, though. Becky gave it to Raleigh for their 42nd Anniversary on Tuesday night. He was moved to tears...

Tara, Wow you are so creative!  I have no creativity in my brain when it comes to art.  You have done a great job!  Wow, wow, wow.  That is cool.  But, I dont even know what events I could add if I had a scrapbook.  Do you question the people to help get data and ideas for the scrapbooks? Or just rely on what they give you and want in it?  How much do you charge, if you don't mind me asking?

Girl, I can scrap ANYTHING! I'm sure you and Tim have lots of pics from different things over the past year or so since you've been together... from Christmas parties and "formal" special times, to those lazy summer days by the lake, and everything in between! Those would be awesome to put together in an album - and trust me, now's the time - don't wait till you have 10-20 years worth! HA HA!! 

However, let me add that one option that I offer that others don't is that you can choose to have an entire album completed at one time, one "event" at a time that might be, say, 2-4 pages, or even one page at a time. This unique opportunity allows you to begin enjoying your memories, without an immediate - or large - investment. We can add to it as you'd like.

Also, I haven't even done my own yet, but I can't wait to put together an album showing the transformation after WLS.

I do draw out info from the client to put in special data and details that personalize their layouts. As far as what I charge, it varies depending on the difficulty and what's included in the layout. They range from $7.50 - $40. I charge by layout, because they do vary so much. However, the client and I determine ahead of time how many at each level they want, so the price is pretty much pre-established.  I'm in the process of getting my website up and running. All the details will be there. I also already have a brochure printed up if you'd like me to send you one. Just pm me your home address. By the way, there's no charge for a consultation, so if you want to talk more, just pm me.

Great job Tara!  It's nice to be able to do something like that.  I use a digital scrab book program when I do my videos.  It's fun and stressful all at the same time!

Thanks, Sweetie!   Yeah, Becky and I got together several time throughout the process, but Raleigh didn't see it till last week - in it's entirety. He called me to tell me he'd never seen anything like it, and it had moved him to tears. I have never met him, and Becky has never met John, but Becky and Raleigh and John and I are all going to get together soon to meet one another. That should be a special time!
