Update on Jennifer (aka Urgentr prayer request)
Jennifer is doing great. She is awake , alert knows everyone and hasn't forgotten any promises made to her before surgery. LOL There is quite a bit of swelling, which is normal, her left eye is swollen shut which was also expected because most of the tumor was on that side. The tumor was the size of a baseball and they aren't sure how long she has had it. Her mother used drugs during the pregnancy and is still using, so Jennifer has been exposed to drug "fumes" all her life except for the last 2 years. When we get the pathology report back they will decide the correct action to take, she will have to do some chemo (cancerous or not) to try to shrinken the part of the tumor they couldn't remove.
She is up walking, eating and talking up a storm. She has had really bad headaches but this also is due to the swelling. If she continues to go along this path she will get to come home on Friday.
