Welcome to our little corner of Heaven!  Feel free to jump right in and ask questions, or even answer the ones you know!  This is the friendliest message board I have ever been a part of. Now on to more pressing answers.  How do you add your picture instead of  ? First you will want to click on User Settings, it is on the left hand side of the screen, Once you click there, you will arrive at you  will be magically transported to the Message Board Settings page Click on browse and search your computer for the picture you would like to use and then upload your pic to the settings page.  Sometimes the pics are to large for Obesity Help,  If that is the case, go to this link (Shrink Pictures) and follow the instructions. If you need any further assistance, or would like me to resize your picture for you, simply give me a shout.  Either here at OH by sending me a PM, or you can email me at: [email protected] Once again, as Minnie Pearl used to say...HOWDY!!!!!
