hey, im new here getting lapband surgery july 15 by Dr. Spaw.  I would like to attend the meeting this thursday, what is the meeting about in general?  A little nervous about the surgery.   Thanks, Mark

Hey Mark, first let me say welcome to the board. As far as what the meetings are about, we talk about it all. The before, during, after WLS. This week's is special, beacuse we are having a Protien Party. There will be alot of different protien ideas for us to sample. So come on down and party with us. It sound's like it's gonna be a blast and a big turnout. Cheryl
