Should I switch surgeons?
As Marilyn said it is a personal choice. Dr. Boyce preformed my surgery and Dr. Williams did my follow up while in the hospital. Both have an excellent bed side manner.
I have a couple of friends who switched to Dr. Williams to have their surgery earlier instead of later. They have done great!
I am sure that you can trust the abilities of Dr. Williams as I am sure that Dr. Boyce would not have him as part of the team if he was not exceptional.
Congrats on your up coming surgery!
Wishing you many successes!

I agree with Betsy that Dr. Boyce wouldn't have brought Dr. Williams in if he wasn't an excellent surgeon. That's actually how I decided Dr. Boyce would be my surgeon without really looking at anyone else. Another surgeon in the Premier Surgical Associates practice is a personal friend of mine. I didn't think he (my friend) would be in practice with anyone who wasn't an excellent surgeon.
Dr. Boyce did my surgery and was just excellent. I am so impressed with the practice overall--having the exercise physiologist and nutritionist on staff. Now I think he's even brought a psychologist in, hasn't he? I had heard he was. I love that he has the vitamins made for us, too. I've compared them to other brands and am really pleased with them. I've only heard good things about Dr. Williams, too, so agree with everyone that it's entirely up to you. Maybe you could meet with both to help you decide.
