Does it really take a lot to kick your skinny butt?   By the way, I've been on vacation, so no exercise for me, I just wanted to razz Bob!

Well, I didn't totally slack yesterday. I had to take my dogs for a walk last night. Just the quick mile around the neighborhood.

Hubby and I walked 4 miles on the Shelby Bottoms Greenway yesterday.  Parked at Wave Country and took the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland. We didn't pay attention to how far we were walking until we were on the way back and we stopped to calculate it at one of the markers. Then, we went bike shopping. Yep, hubby wants to get both of us mountain bikes so we can ride the greenway. Woo Hoo! I may get him exercising with me yet.
