I think I am stuck.  After losing all month, I haven't lost anything in 12 days.  I am at 202, and about to die to get below 200!  Although, ,my weight fluctuates during the day.  I have had as much as a 4 pound change during the day, then back again...but never below 202! Any ideas??? Marilyn

No advice, but I didn't want to read and not post.

It looks like 202 was your goal for the 4th of July and you have DONE that so you should be VERY proud of yourself!

I can't wait for the day to see 202....

Congrats and I hope someone can give you some great advice to get you below 200 soon!

Hey Sweet Girlie! I am going through the same thing.  I stayed the same for 8 weeks and then lost 10 pounds.  Now I am going up and down with the same 3 pounds.  I think our bodies just need a chance to settle before they start losing again.  I have read that it is nothing to worry about...just follow the rules and when your body is ready...you will start losing again. Relax!

Hi there!  I went through the same thing around Christmas and didn't lose an ounce for 12 weeks. Then I lost 15 lbs in two months. I've always been weird when it comes to weight loss and still am despite the RNY! Hang in there! Janie 304/192/170

Thanx for the support ladies.  I think I am losing my mind wanting to get below 200!  Also, I think the heat and hunidity may have something to do with our fluctuating daily weight? Marilyn

These stalls are normal but still frustrating. Make sure you take your measurements during this stall. I would just bet that you are still losing inches.  Just remember...a pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat. After all, a pound is a pound. However, the pound of muscle is smaller than the pound of fat. So, if you are gaining muscle and losing fat, the scales are going to stay the same but your size will continue to shrink. I always experienced a drastic weight loss when the stall finally broke. I have seen the scale drop 10 lbs in 2 days after a 3 week stall. Hang in there and keep doing what you know to do. The weight will come off.
