I can't believe that I have been driving all the way to Manchester and they have chick o sticks at Freds!!! Go figure! Many thanks Melinda!!!! Oh and speaking of...where did you order your White Velvet from last time? I remember a post that said yo got both flavors for under $30.00...or did I imagine it?

I found it at BaristaProShop.com They have lots of different stuff (non wls related) and also, some recipes! It ws much cheaper than the Gosh That's Good site.

Where do you purchase the Whey Gourmet Protien Powder. Went to the Vitiamn Shopp and they said they do not sell it. Just wondering???

I already have the protein powder and love it! I'm going to get the Chick O Sticks and other ingr. and make this. I've found sugarfree Chick-O-Sticks nuggets and sticks. Which do you use?? Thanks, Carol
