Today I'm 3 months post-op.  Went to 3 Doctors Apt. yesterday all three were great! Started at 268lbs, day of WLS 240lbs, today 176lbs, thats 6lbs from my goal! Pants 40-42 pre-op, now 31-32, Shirts 2XL now Mediums! No more sleep Apnia, No more C-pap; No more High Blood Pressure, No More Diabetes med's, sugar normal (but still monitoring), No more water pills, no swelling or joint pain. Surgical staff believes I will still loose another 36-38 lbs. putting me at 140! Thanks for taking the time to read my WOW Moment! C'ya Bob

Hi My Friend Bob L.

I want to let you know how proud I am of you.  Seeing your success brought tears of joy to my eyes.  I am proud and honored to know someone who's so strong and who not only values his family and his friends but even himself enough to face the unimaginable.

I know how hard you have worked.  Your passion makes you unique.  You know what you know and not in an arrogant way.  That is just one aspect of your wonderful character others sit back and observe in a silent distance.  You have touched so many.  I am fortunate I could be a part of your journey and witness parts of it along the way.  I look forward to seeing you continue on your weight loss path.

That is I am proud of you in Japanese.....

I knew you would want some kudos in another language, probably just cause you worked extra hard and all....LOL.....

WOW indeed!  Man you are stinking up this place with your success!  Keep it up Brother, can't wait to see you.  I guess the last time was at the hospital.  That seems like a million years ago. I wonder if I would recognize you on the street?  Yeah, probably would!  You would be that skinny guy on his bike!  Proud of ya' Bob, keep it up!

OMGoodness!   What a WOW! Man oh Man! down to 140?   How tall are you?  The health thing is what matters most...but muscles are beautiful and keep that metabolism up up up. So work those muscles and keep that protein and supplements up. Did I mention WOW!
