StuckNTx - How did your lapband procedure go?

I saw that your lapband procedure was this past week and we have not heard from you.  I hope that your procedure went well, and that you are just busy or preoccupied - not sick.  Please check in and let us know that you are ok.

Hi Melinda,  How sweet of you to ask,  surgery went well a little longer than expected so that scared my DH to death....but all is well.   I did have a hernia that he had to repair and a big glob of fat (I know that is gross) that he had to remove or the band would not have sat right.  I think if it would not have been for those two things I would be feeling great today.  Not that I feel bad just weak and sore or  course.  I have been spending more time on the Lab Band board, but do check on here from time to time to keep up with the wonderful folks I met while in TN.  I guess it is time to change my name,  I am no longer "stuckintexas" perhaps I should change it to "bandedintexas".  Anyway I will stop ramblin on.  Again thanks for remembering my surgery and asking about me.
