No Consult Tomorrow

I was suppose to have my first consult tomorrow. I had never recieved the patient packet I was told about and never really gave it much thought.  Well last night I was laying in bed and I kept thinking...I need to call and confirm my appointment with the surgeon tomorrow.  Good thing I did.  My primary doctor gave them the WRONG address and phone number.  And since I never mailed the packet back, they cancelled the appopintment.  I gave the receptionist the correct information and now I have to wait until August 7th for the consult.  She said to call back after I mail the packet in and she might be able to work me in sooner.  And so the problems begin.  I hope the rest of this process goes more smoothly.  Thanks for listening to me vent.  ~Carolyn~

Good Luck...and can I recommend making a copy just in case and if at all possible hand delivering it?
