I've been keeping up with the exercise just haven't had time to post. But today rode my bike twice, sit-ups 42, push-ups 35, stretching, and a lot of manual labor! C'ya Bob

I haven't been walking much, but working at the new Home Depot is exercise! In fact, I lost 2 pounds form 4 a.m. til 8 a,m,! I know, nothing but sweat, but it was still a loss!

I didn't go to the gym yesterday. I cleaned my downstairs very well. Moved rugs, swept and moped. Then steam cleaned the rugs. I did my laundry that was kinda behind. Then gave the dogs a bath and walked them 1.5 miles.
I walked 1 1/2 miles and did my exercise class (45 minutes). Scott is right, you look wonderful Gidget, I had to look the name under the picture to make sure it was the same person...WOW!
