???? fresh fruit - natural sugars
Can anyone help out with this? I know that we need to limit our fruit to those w/ less natural sugar, etc., but how do I find out how much "natural sugar" is in a certain fruit? The ones I am most interested in are: watermelon, canteloupe, strawberries, peaches, apples and pineapples (fresh fruit - all the way around)
For those that are new post-ops --- don't panic, and don't let me confuse you. you should not be eating these yet --- I am almost 10 months out (and maybe I shouldn't be eating some of these - that's what I'm here to find out...)
