Hi Chandra and Aggie, I had a lot of nausea after surgery for almost a month.  I found out it was sinus drainage!  My pouch was still swollen and the drainage literally filled up my tiny pouch when I slept at night.  I woke up every morning nauseous.  I called my surgeon and got on Zofran ( for nausea because Phenergan wouldn't work) which I took at bedtime and then immediately upon awakening in the morning.  Then I had to eat something very quickly.  I lived on Susan Maria's recipe for egg custard for weeks.  I found that I had to eat before I drank anything but a sip of water with my meds.  Then I would wait an hour and start sipping.  It worked for me.  But, I really encourage you to check with your surgeon! Hi Aggie,   I hope you are feeling better today.  Did you get you talk to your Doctor's office about your difficulties?  Let us know how you are doing...

I had a terrible time with nausea my first 3 months...  It was horrible...  They tried everything in and out of the hospital.  Zofran is what they finally found to work...  I do believe it is a med that they give to cancer patients after chemo therapy treatments for their nausea.

Just wanted to see if you are okay....   Hugs to you, Trina
