IDGOMB-6/20/08

Well, I finally get to be first, but I'm still a day late! IDGOMB -Both beth and myself got off our tushes yesterday!  And guess what, it was fun!  RJ has been gone since Thursday morn and life has been real quiet for a few days.  Yesterday after work, probably around 2:00, I called and asked Beth is she wanted to go and do some window shopping for RJ's birthday.  What was nice about the whole day was there was no time limits!  We didn't have to be anywhere at any time, or pick someone up by 4:30.  WOW! Anyway, we walked the entire Rivergate Mall, plus 4 other stores.  Now it was not a cardio, get your heart a pumping walk, but it was a walk none the less! And yes, we found a new bike for RJ, as well as a bike for me!  Oh yeah, and a bike for Beth!  I'm looking forward to Beth riding her bike to work.  Think of the money we will save on gas! That is awesome Scott! I indeed got off my butt yesterday as well. I did 60 minutes on the eliptical, 45 minutes of upper body weights. I am taking a day of rest today.
