Wow!! and dumping???
First for the Wow. The blue jean capris I have on in my new avatar...they are 14's!!!!!!!!!! I haven't worn a 14 since I was 19 years old!
Now, for the dumping. I am not really sure that is what happened, so let me tell you the story. Last night I ate baked chicken and veggies for dinner around 6 pm. About 9 or 10, I was entering my food into FitDay and I realized I was short on protein for the day. So, I drank an AchievOne protein drink. I immediately started to have terrible stomach cramps and then vomited 3 times. I also had a cold sweat. Then, it went away. Now, I have been drinking these same drinks since a week after surgery with no problem. I have never dumped before, so I wonder if that is what happened and if so, why? Any suggestions will be welcome!

Sorry to hear that you had a bad episode after the AO. I can't say for sure that it was dumping since there are only 3 sugars in the drink... but maybe your food had not settled well? I dunno, but perhaps your tummy just didn't want anything and the AO ticked it off? lol
It's weird because I can have something like everyday, then suddenly my stomach just says "NO NO NO!" I usually give it a few days rest, layout anything that would be too heavy or spicy or aggravate the ole tumster, and then resume 'normal' activity... might wanna give that a try. Hope you feel better!
Congratulations on the blue jean capris, size 14! That is awesome. It makes you feel so good to be able to do something that you haven't ever been able to do, or something you haven't done in a long time!
How quickly did you down the AO?
I have had this happen when I drank a 16 oz bottle of flavored water in less than 20 minutes. I figured it was because my stomach was empty and the water went through and hit the old intestines faster than they liked. It was a miserable feeling and, yes, felt just like dumping.
Since it had been 3 or 4 hours since you ate solid food, your tummy was probably empty or close to it.
Congrats on the size 14's!! I know that feels great. And, you're not done yet!!
