I've heard a lot about Greek Yogart and how much protein it has. I can't seem to find any here in Nashville. Has anyone heard of it, let alone seen it in any store? Any suggestions on how to get some?

Try Publix.   They carry it in the yogurt section under the name Fage.

Thank you all soooooo much. I'm going out tonight to see if I can find some. Happy shopping! ETA: I really appreciate all the responses. I post on the LapBand forum as well but I've found that some of the responses I get (especially about where to find things), while helpful, aren't really helpful at all because there's not one of those stores near to me. It only dawned on me today, after being on the boards for over a year, that I should probably post those type comments/questions on the TN board. DUH!!

I get Fage Greek Yogart at Publix and Harris Teeter's.  There are 6 grams of protein per serving.  I add strawberry protein powder to it and it taste pretty nice that way.  Reminds me of the yogurt in Then Netherlands.

You might also want to check out the Carb Master yogurt at Kroger's. It has 12 grams of protein per 6 oz serving and is thicker and creamier than regular yogurts. The Carb Master is also cheaper than Greek yogurt. It comes in vanilla, strawberry, peach, and raspberry.

Hey, I buy the Oikos organic greek yogurt at Walmart.  Approx. 1.45 for a 5.3 oz cup.  The blueberry is awesome!  Also, has 13 g. of protein.  They also sell the larger containers. Ellen
