ANYBODY HAD AETNA

DOES ANYBODY HAVE AETNA AND IF U HAD HOE LONG DID IT TAKE FOR THEM TO APPROVE ONCE THE PAPERWORK WAS SUBMITTED?

Once my paperwork was submitted, it took less than 2 weeks. Of course, after about 5 days I was going crazy - but in the grand scheme of things, it didn't take long at all!  NOTE: how funny, as I'm posting the reply, your original message is posted as:     "On December 31, 1969 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time, wrote:"      What is this, back to the future? so, tell us, in your own words, what's it like almost 40 years post-op?!  HAHA

Although i live in Alabama, I have Aetna too. For those of you who got quick approvals. did you do the 3 month or 6 month regimen?

I had aetna and it just took a few days to get approved and then I had to go through a 3 month period of going to support groups, weighing at the surgeons, etc.

I have Aetna insurance.  Once the paperwork was submitted, I had the approval in 6 days.  My sister(we work at the same place) got her approval in 4 days. Good Luck! Melissa
