I'm so glad this was re-posted! I had originally set my goal to be down to 300 by 7/4. I am still keeping that goal. I believe it is attainable. I have lost 39 since surgery. I only have 31 to lose to be at 300.  So yeah... that's my goal.

I'm not sure what I put down for the 4th of July goal. But I am throwing in the towel on it. Heck the way I'm going I will back at my pre-opt weight by then. I am so discourged, disapointed in my self. I am just misreable. I hope that everyone else meets their goals or better. Cheryl

Cheryl... you've lost a 110 pounds in less than 10 months... how great that must feel...don't let a temporary plateau get ya down.

Cheryl -  Don't give up, sweetie! tell you what, why don't you just set a new goal of maintaining where you are or losing 1-2 pounds between now and the 4th. You have had some pretty major extenuating cir****tances - be patient with yourself... but whatever you do --- DON'T GIVE UP!!! Just take it one day at a time - one meal at a time - one craving at a time... Praying for you and Phil... Love to you both! ~ Tara

Girl! Can I relate or WHAT?!? although I never got clear down to my 4th goal yet, when you see that little stinker move up a couple of pounds you feel like you'll never make it! In the voice of "Evan Almighty": "IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR A LITTLE PRECIPITATION?!" translated: "IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK TO BREAK THROUGH THIS PLATAUE"? At the cookout, all I needed was to lose 3 pounds to break into the century club. I lost one, then gained 4, then lost 3, now I'm back to where I started --- weeks ago! I think I'm gonna try the LPT (liquid protein train) to try to break through this!  But CONGRATS TO YOU on meeting your 4th goal early --- even though you've gone up 3 pounds, you have plenty of time to lose it again before the 4th --- so YOU GO GIRL!  ~ Tara I had to edit this after I put the numbers into my spreadsheet... you are right on task! You wanted to be right here by Father's Day and then wanted to lose 3 more before the 4th - so there you go --- right on the dot!
