Good Afternoon All!  I hope everyone is having a good day!  Ours has started off wonderfully and is still going strong. Anyway, I wanted to share a new recipe with you.  Last night I went to make a new dessert.  Well, I fell asleep before that happened, but one component of the dessert did get made!  This morning for breakfast I decided to make Cottage Cheese Pancakes.  As an afterthought, I decided to use a portion from the dessert for a topping.  Guess what?  It was good! So, follow the link below for a new twist on Cottage Cheese Pancakes! Cottage Cheese Pancakes and Food Porn ! A couple of thoughts! ) If you are on a liquid/Pre-op diet, you might want to stay away!
2) Always look at what stage of the game you are at before you try one of the recipes.
3) The title of my food blog is
"Food For thought And Moderation Too!"  So , please think about what you are going to eat before you put it in your mouth.  Remember moderation is the key to enjoying food! Enjoy!

Hey Scott! I have a question. I don't think I can eat these yet but I was wondering if you or someone could tell me if cornmeal means less calories and carbs versus flour?  I have seen a recipe for pancakes that calls for flax seed too. So, I'm just curious so that I can store this information away for future reference. Thanks!
