I got out and walked my dogs 2 miles today. It was nice and cool this morning.

This is for Thursday?? I rode 7 miles (so far my best). Worked upper and lower body on weights. Didn't GOMB today went back to Vandy to get a dilation for my stricture showed up again? So taken it easy today. C'ya Bob

I didn't get to have my morning walk today, had an 8am appointment. However, I did run errands and do some "power shopping" after my appointment, Can I count that?
