Is your cup overflowing?
Oh Scott I know that this post came straight from the Lord as He touched your heart to put it here. I haven't been out of the house in 2 days and I'm definitely going through a depression myself.
I'm thankful for:
-My Lord and Savior
-A very understanding hubby and kids
-My hubby's employment
-This WLS
-My disability chec****il I'm able to work full time again
-The support I receive on this site
Thanks Scott, even though I have never been touch by depression, this helps to put life in perspective. It makes you remember that the little things are important daily ( and we all should acknowledge them more often).
I am thankful for my loving, supportive husband, my son and daughter, their spouses and my new grandsons. My sisters and families, mother-in-law and wonderful friends.
I am thankful for this life and to be free in America.
I am thankful for having a great job and people to work with who are truly a blessing to all they touch each day with their compassion.
I am thankful to know the kindness and grace of God.
I am also thankful for this new family I have this year (WLS friends, doctors and nurses).
God Bless everyone

I have ALWAYS had an issue with depression so I certainly understand and I love the idea of this... 1. I am thankful that I found this site and for the kind words that you guys always have, 2. I am thankful that God saw fit to let me make it this far through so much (abuse, drugs, and 2 flatlines during surgery), 3. I am thankful that I have a full time job that I can really stand to go to everyday! 4. I'm thankful for my hubby who is so kind and 5. My mom who cleaned my drain 2 times a day for a solid month! 6. Most of all, right this moment; I'm thankful that I have things like this to go to and make me feel better and really put in things in order...
