Stepped out to get the paper about 5:30 this morning and decided it was so nice, if I hurried, I could get in a walk before it got hot. So...
45 minute walk/jog, just over 3 miles, in the neighborhood
10 minutes of stretching
15 minutes of upper body free weights and core strengthening

Went to the Y to try to start walking. I am not so proud of myself. You have to walk 13 laps to make one mile. I didn't even come close, I only walked 2 laps........
I don't know how this would figure in, but between Phil and his wheelchair I was also pushing about 350lbs while I walked those 2 laps.
I was going to try to switch up and do the laps one day and the pool the next. But the way that I am feeling right now, I think I am going to stick to the pool for awhile yet.
But to pat myself on the back.........at least I tried.
