Walk!!!!!!!! And then...walk some more!!! Even just make laps around the house if it is too hot to get outside. It is truly the best cure for gas. Marilyn

Thanks Marilyn...I am trying to walk as much as possible...it does seem to be helping, but my goodness where is all of the gas coming from????!!!!

They pump your abdominal cavity full of gas so they can see the area they are working on during surgery. It has to work it's way out somehow. This too shall pass! LOL BTW - Dr. Morton was very proud of you for going to the ballgames after your surgery. Yes, you were talked about at the picnic Saturday. I couldn't resist letting him know that you went and didn't have any problems.

Susan, LOL...he probably thought I was crazy...to be quite honest, I wasn't moving as quickly as usual, but I managed pretty well ...and as far as the gas is concerned, much better today...thank goodness!!!
