Started the day off riding my bike in WV. I swear it was up hill both directions, kicked my butt! Sit-ups & Push-ups 40, worked upper body light weights 4 sets 12 reps. each and walked 45 min. Guess I better get to the east coast. C'ya Bob Hey what about you lookie Lou's post something to motivate the rest of us, even if you just chased the grandkids around the house.. Like to see some of our health care providers who encourage us to exercise to let us know what their doing???? We know your out their, LURKING!!!! Bwahahaha!!!

Well, I am cleaning and doing laundry. So far as I'm concerned, that's exercise. But, I plan on going bowling today which I've never done before. My trainer suggested to me that once a week exercise be something fun and not the traditional gym routine. So, bowling, roller skating, laser tag etc. Something that just gets you out and moving. Personally, I don't mind my gym routine and I actually look forward to it now. I NEVER thought I would be happy to work out. My goodness how much things change after surgery! Ya'll have a blessed week!

I don't normally post to this, but thought I would let you know how I am doing.  I have gotten up three times today and walked for about an hour and a half total, plus Beth came over while I was sitting in a chair, got my hair washed, OH IT FEELS SO GOOD, and bathed me!!  I sat up in the chair for about an hour total, so considering everything I have been through the past few days, I believe that I have done great!! Did 20 minute calorie burn routine on ellipical... whew. Also did weight machines and walked on all my breaks at work.

I was lazy this weekend. I didn't get off my butt except to walk my dogs. No weights or gym this weekend.
