Friday I stopped in Kansas and rode 6 miles, worked upper body with light weights 4 sets of 12 reps. and walked about 30-45 min.; 40 push-ups and 40 sit-ups. Saturday walked about 30 min.; worked upper body with weights.

Thanks Bob for keeping this going, I have been busy at work and didn't post much this week.

Thurday walked  1 1/2 miles, Friday walked 1 1/2 miles and Saturday walked the mall and did more in the pool---water walking is good.

Saturday I rode the exercise bike for 35 minutes.  I will be glad when I can go back to water aerobics! Marilyn
