Talked to Todd
Word from the OR is that Shelia is doing fine and they expect to be done about 4pm.
He and Dale are doing okay. They are bored and napping some. Grandma and grandpa had not gotten there yet to pick up Dale and get him out and about.
They did go have some lunch so they are taking care of themselves.
Just wanted to let everyone know, our girl is doing A-OK.

They can keep her for 23 hours as an outpatient, so unless something has changed since the last time we talked, she will be staying tonight. Todd said he would let us know when they get her into a room.
I did let him know that I will be coming out this evening. You know I have to set my own eyes on her. LOL
I will let you know that she will be very out of it. Coming out of surgery so late and being under for so long, she is going to be groggy. They will also be giving her some serious pain meds that will knock her out.
They will probably try to get her up into a chair at some point tonight, especially if they plan on sending her home tomorrow.
You know...dizzyness, nausea, and an elevated heart rate got me a second night in the hospital. I'm sure her surgeon will be watching for something he can use to justify keeping her at least one more night. We need to pray for an elevated blood sugar or something so she can have that second night on the insurance.
