Baptist Metabolic Surgery Center Picnic Reminder

Just wanted to remind everyone that the picnic for Baptist Patients is this weekend, June 7th, at Cedar Hill Park in Madison TN.  Located at Pavilion 5.  Please try to attend.  Even if you are preop and a Baptist patient, you are invited.  Altho if you are on the preop diet, well, that my be too much of  a temptation.  If you plan on coming, please call the office at 284-2400 and tell them how many you will be bringing so we have an accurate count.  Phil and Cheryl will be there raising funds for the Walk from Obesity.  You may want to bring lawn chairs if you have them.

Sherry I'm a thinking it is from 12-2, but my thinking now days aren't so good......LOL so you may still want to call the doctors office and double check me. Hope to see ya there. Cheryl

The picnic is from 11 to 2 on Saturday. Looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting some new ones.
