I just got back from walking the dogs 3 miles. Boy is it HUMID out there already. I think summer has FINALLY fully hit! I also worked on upper body this morning. Did 60 sidebends each side, benched, worked on my triceps, and did curls.

I walked the treadmill for 45 minutes and did 1.6 miles in that time. It is very humid outside.

Today consisted of lazing at the pool with an 8 year old and 10 year old and walking through the grocery store with an 8 year old.  (That is exercise!) Marilyn

I walked two different friends all over two diferent sides of town!  For several hours each!!!  The tops of my feet hur.  Used to, my feet hurt all over, especially the bottoms, now it's the tops - gi figure.  Have a great evening! Beth

Did the cardio kick boxing class againg this morning.  I actually felt like I keep up today.

Well stopped by the house today leave again in the morning but had a good workout on my big weight machine. Did 4 sets of 12 reps. full upper and lower body! Darn wish I could do that every day. Was going to ride had a flat tire, if it was a semi or car I could repair it. But these darn race bike tires are a challenge, googled i****ched a video on how to and after a little cussing, I finally got it but to late and dark to ride. Should get some time in before leaving tomorrow. C'ya Bob
