Below 300! WooWhooo!!!!!!

Had an appointment with my Nutritionist at Vandy today. She said I am doing exceptionally well with everything and that everything looked great. She also said I am a little ahead on the amount of weight lost at this point. And best of all, I WEIGHED IN AT 297 lbs.!! WOOWHOOOOO!!

First time in over 5 years that I have been below 300 lbs.!!
Man I am loving this !!

I do not know what your goal is, but you sure do sound like you are going to be in onederand before you know it. Fantastic Job!! How much total does this mean you have lost, including your pre-op and the 4-week liquid diet???
