One extreme to another
I know that most of you saw my "bummed out" post a few days ago. Well the good news is that I am not eating like I was, the bad news is that what I am eating is not staying down. Today so far is a little better, I had a shake for breakfast and a salad for lunch and that has stayed down. With me getting back to the Y today, I know that will help me all the way around. Still not sleeping very well, but I can deal with that better than the things going on in my belly.
Thanks for all the ideas,comments, suggestions, etc. I took all of them into consideration. I still haven't called the doctor just yet, I'm gonna give it a couple of more days. But I will give them a call if I can't get back on track myself.
I'm gonna try shakes for a couple of meals each day for a couple of weeks to try and jump start me.
