Looking for members living in Chattanooga

I am going to be in Chattanooga for 7 days starting 7 June - 13 June 2008. I am attending a class at UT Chattanooga campus.  I need some suggestions about easiest way to get to the campus.  I hear there is going to be a music festival all week and some main streets might be closed.
