No Pain, No Gain
Well, whoever came up with that phrase needs to explain it to me...I'm in PAIN! LOL. I did it though, I met with the personal trainer at the Y on Sunday, who came up with some new routines for me to do...a combo of strength and weight training with cardio. But let me tell ya, there's muscles in my body that hurt, and I didn't even know they were there.
All is good though, I know I'm on the right track to losing that last bit of weight. I do have a question though...have you ever felt light headed after working out? Yesterday I worked out and was very light headed. I didn't know if I needed something to eat or was dehydrated. Very weird feeling. Just curious. Have a good week all!
Good for you Hun! I have been thinking about consulting with a personal trainer too but they are so darn expensive but maybe worth it if I can lose this weight I have left to lose. I have experienced the ligt headedness too with work out so I try top drink plenty of water before, during and after workout then when I get home I drink a protein shake after workout.
