please help

Could someone please tell me how to put the cute pictures on the board, instead of just the faded head I have? I don't have any pictures to download, and not sure if I could even do that if I did, but I would love to put something other than the faded head.    Thanks    Have a great Memorial Day!    Nancy

Nancy Wanted to say hello, and wish I could answer that question but pics are smething that makes me wanna pull my hair out.  Are you talking about an avatar? I am no help there, even after successfully (and barely passing) Scott's tutorial a few months ago. Scott (RJsDad) will be able to help you with the avatar.

Go to user settings in the left hand side of screen...click on that and your info should pop up...avatar should be at top with an option to upload from one of your pics on your computer...hope that helps...if not Scott is definitely who I would contact!! Good luck!!

On the left hand side of this page, you will see :Welcome Grandsonx2.  Under that you will see a heading for ObesityHelp Tennessee Weight Loss Forum.  Under that, click on the user settings.  When that page opens up, the avatar is the first thing you will see.  I think any pix you put on have to be in gif, or jpeg format and have to be fairly small.  But, it will walk you through it.  I usually have to resize my pix a couple of times before I get it right.  Hope this helps.
