That is the number of pounds that I have lost!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe it after not losing for over 2 weeks, I lost 5 pounds since Saturday. Finally, over a hundred pounds gone forever!!! Next stop...onederland!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FYI, I went out and rewarded myself. For the first time, a reward did not contain food! I bought 3 pairs of shoes (who knew all my shoes would be 2 sizes too big?) and a new dress-size 16. Good thing there were Memorial Day sales everywhere!

That is a wonderful idea... rewarding yourself with something other than food.. and what better reward than shoes and clothes?!? I did not get to check out the Memorial Day sales too much. We were spending lots of time out in the beautiful sunshine and Monday I was depressed and didn't feel like shopping since it was gray and rainy!
