Happy Memorial Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Memorial Day. I hope that everyone will be safe no matter how or where you are celebrating. We are not doing much here, we will have a nurse visit sometime today, so we have to wait for her, so we can't really do much until she comes out. We have salad fixins and steak to cook on the grill, and have watermelon that has been cooling for 3 days....whoo hoo. It's funny when we bought the steak....yes the steak not steak's.......LOL We just got one to feed the both of us, in the past we would have usually bought 3 and had one a piece and split the 3rd one.......not anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We all are so thankful for our men and women that have and still continue to fight for us. I wish all of them could come home and stay home.

Please take a moment today to pray for our service men and women. I just received an email from our former pastor, and Ron's best friend, David. He is serving as a chaplain in the Air Force and is currently in Iraq. He said that yesterday his base was under rocket attack, but there were no injuries. He said he hunkered down with both Army and Air Force and told jokes to them until it was over. He called it his ministry of humor. Please keep him in your prayers and those that he ministers to.
