Eliptical for 30 min. then back room for exercise ball, and crunches, then a little bit on the wieght machines and done- NEXT......

I worked yesterday with lots of walking...(I work on the 2nd floor of a hospital and was to the fourth floor via steps twice before 8:30).  Then walked more after work on treadmill.  That was all I had in me by 8pm.
