After working today (only 8hours) I stopped by the gym getting in a mile on the track, a round of weights and then home to my stengthening, toning and cardio DVD.   I feel really good today. Everyone-Move it to Loss it.  Get up and get going.

I walked 4 miles today with my dogs. They were not happy with me by the time we were done. But they will get over it. LOL
