Hello all of my Tennessee OH friends.  I received a call from my husband about 2 hours ago (just getting on here to post now) - one of his fellow officers was shot 3 times during a routine home alarm call. (No call is routine) I am relieved that i didn't receive "the call" that it was not my husband but my heart goes out to the officers wife and family. Officer Rickman is in surgery at UT Knoxville.  The rest of the KPD (hubby included) are on a massive manhunt for the 3 suspects responsible. Please keep officer Rickman in your prayers, his wife, and his family and pray he will pull through, this is the second time he has been shot in 8 years and was NOT wearing his vest and also pray for my hubby and the rest of the officers out there apprehending the animals that did this.  Thanks!  Shell

Michelle Oh my goodness! That is terrible!  We will surely be praying for the officer and for his family!  Yes, thank heavens it was not your husband!  I hope they catch the fugitives very soon.. I sent your protein powders out yesterday.  I'm sorry they are so late... Had a lot going on.  They are half scoops so you can add 4 oz of any kind of liquid that you need/want.  Email me when you receive them if you need some ideas.  Hope you enjoy them. Good to see you again!

Darlene, by all means, post it! I do believe they have caught the suspects!! Officer is still in surgery and still needs our prayers!  Mel, I so forgot to send your book sister! I will get it out tomorrow. It's been nuts here with Graduation this Friday!  I'll let you know when I get the powders!  Thanks for your prayers too...  On a lighter note, I go for my "psycho" (as my son calls it) and my cardio clearence appointments tomorrow AND I only have 17 lbs to go to meet the 10% required by the insurance co.!!  Shell

Just want to let everyone know that officer Rickman is out of surgery and "holding his own", he was shot twice in the chest and once in the arm.  My husband is on his way home (from 5 AM) and says they have the suspects in custody. THANK GOD!!   I'll post more when i have more info!  Thanks again to everyone for your prayers!  Shell

Daily prayer is what it is all about, so, Officer Rickman, his wife, family, fellow officers, and yes, even the individuals that did this are all receiving prayer tonight.
