IDGOMB 5-20-08
So I got off my butt today! I walked to a different gym, which is 2 miles one way. I did my 45 minutes of weights. 30 sidebends on each side, 45 push ups on the stability ball. 30 crunches on the ab machine with 85lbs of weights. Then walked the 2 miles home. I will be taking the dogs for their evening walk after dinner.
