Whad'ya Eat Today? Tuesday

Good afternoon one, and all! How are you all doing on this fine day? Hope it went great for you... let's all chat away at what we ate or drank today... Hope you are making some excellent choices for your tummy. Early Morning Protein Mystery flavored crystal lite I found in the fridge which I added 1.5 oz of New Whey grape bullet to (the 42 oz one) Breakfast Nectar cappuccino 1/2 scoop added to coffee with a mystery flavor AGAIN! to it with 1/2 oz labrada lean body Mid Morning Protien 3/4 scoop of Matrix chocolate, 1/8 scoop of Syntha Mochachino, 1 sleeve SF choc milk mix Lunch 1 scoop Elite Gourmet vanilla with 1 sleeve SF strawberry milk mix That wasn't enough for me so I had 2 tblsp peanut butter. Tried hard to stay on track but then had some progresso soup (1/4 cup) Supper Stir fry vegs, chicken with soy sauce topped with parmesan and feta cheese. I thought it was wonderful but Tim wasn't crazy about the feta cheese. What does he know? LOL Write and let me know how your eating/drinking fared today.

My day was an almost  exact repeat of the last time... lol Breakfast: 2oz milk 6 oz water with Chocolate Body Fortress Lunch: 6 Oz Talapia with small side of mac and cheese Dinner: only had a little peanut butter and a little mac and cheese Drank all my water, hot tea and two cups coffee

Well, mine sounds bad in comparison...but here's what I had: Breakfast- Coffee, then later a slice of pumpkin bread that I made Lunch- 3/4 Taco Bell taquito (sp?)  Dinner: 3/4 of a grilled chicken wrap Snack: a hand full of Chili Lime peanuts I had my achieve one's and all my water.   And...I did a step class and boy are my legs hurting this am!
