Dr. Morton
I understand that Dr. Morton is a wonderful surgeon, and I have had the most wonderful experiences with his staff...The question I have is how is his post op care...is he easy to reach if you have problems or questions..etc? Any responses will be appreciated!!! I really feel he is one of the, if not THE best, but I just need to hear from folks that have been there done that!!
Life has been so crazy I have not been able to get on here like I want to, so I had not heard! THAT IS AWESOME!!!!
We all get nerves and cold feet, you will do great! I actually went in yesterday for a check up and I am down 98.5 pounds! I never thought I could do that. The best part is I am still going.
You will do great.....hang in there and use the wonderful support of the people here to get you through this time. It is all worth it and I have never once regretted my choice.....hang in there and if you need anything feel free to PM me.
Again CONGRATS on the approval!

My doctor is not Dr. Morton but is Dr. Lynch in the same office. If their post op care is anything like the pre op I think we will be in great shape!!! I have never been to any doctor's office where I have received the kind of care that this office staff is giving me. My surgery is June 10th and I still am reading and researching trying to find out everything I can find out. I hope I can find some patients of Dr. Lynch on this forum. Good Luck!
Dr. Morton isn't my surgeon, but...when I got sick with what turned out to be a virus, and Dr. Spaw was out of town on vacation...he fit me into his very busy schedule. He contacted Dr. Spaw by phone to keep him in the loop, ordered tests to rule out something more serious and took very good care of me.
The following day, Heather called to check on me since Dr. M was in surgery all day but he still wanted an update.
I had never met him before but I felt very comfortable with him. I have a huge respect for Dr. Morton. I know you will be in good hands.
