It's my most difficult part of this wls change and I'm constantly wracking my brain for easy, high-protein snacks or meals. Best drinks? Good smoothie ideas? Super lunch-on-the-go?

My favorite high protein foods are: low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 cup = 12 grams FF refried beans & cheese, 1/2 cup = 15 grams LF string cheese, 1 stick = 6 grams Laughing Cow cheese wedges, 1 wedge = 3 grams Mini Babybel cheese rounds, 1 round = 6 grams deli sliced turkey breast, 1 oz = 7 grams Power Crunch bars, 1 bar = 15 grams Starbucks cappuccino w/skim milk, 20 oz (venti) = 12 grams The Vitamin Shoppe brand protein pudding, 1 packet mixed w/water = 25 grams Wendy's chili, 1/2 cup = 9 grams for smoothies: 70 grams frozen strawberries, 1 1/2 scoops strawberry Designer Whey protein powder, 4 oz water. Whirl in Magic Bullet until mixed well. This is a recent discovery: 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (Libby's), 1 1/2 scoops Vanilla Designer Whey protein powder, 6 oz ice & water (I fill the cup to the 1/2 cup mark with crushed ice and then add water to the 6 oz mark), 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice, 2 packets Splenda, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. Whirl in Magic Bullet until mixed well. This is all I can think of right now. Gotta finish getting ready for church. Good luck! Susan
